Aftermarket dvd headrests

hi guys, got one quick question. is it possible to remove my original c180 2006 HEADRESTS and install some DVD HEADRESTS, reason is i read somewere were it says i might get some error messages BLAH BLAH pliz help, didnt understand it, HAVE A LOOK AT THIS LINK PLIZ, THANKS

I changed the headrests in a 2006 W203 without any error messages or further mods being required. The original headrests do electrically connect, but this didn't cause a problem.

I fitted a set from the follow Ebay shop, great value and work a treat.
