Aftermarket Sub/Amp W210

does anyone know of a wiring harness that will let you use an after market sub and amp with the factory cd changer head unit in a 2001 W210?

I had one for my VW Bora and Audi A4, was just wondering if there was a way of doing the same in the Mercedes without changing the headunit for an aftermarket one?
