Hi Guys
A friends 2007 S320 CDi was involved in a front end accident.
One of the parts to be replaced was the front air tank situated just behind the bumper.
Cars been repaired and out, but the front suspension has become very very stiff. Doesnt seem to adjust with the ride height button either.
The below fault codes came up, has been cleared several times but keep coming back again.
"5130 - Check component Y51y1 (Right front solenoid valve 1) in assembly Y51 (right front axle damping valve unit)"
"5140 - Check component Y51y2 (Left front solenoid valve 2) in assembly Y51 (left front axle damping valve unit)"
Would i be correct in assuming somethings not right with the front shockers? Or perhaps they've both got damaged aswell, although the hit was in the middle of the car.
Thanks
