Air suspension for W124, W201, W202, W210, W208 and other older Mercedes with individual spring and shocks.

The kit is based around a set of Rubena bags with custom aluminium mounts to bolt to the original Mercedes spring mounts. 20m of 6 and 10mm lines, a 20L tank, ViAir 480c compressor, 2 dual, 1 single ViAir pressure gauges, 7 electric switches, water trap, 4 leader hoses, all fittings and 4 industrial valves on a manifold giving front/back/side/side adjustment.

£1285

Can also offer a decent price on TA, Bilstein, KW, or QRS shocks to go with this.

Thanks very much for trying to discredit my for sale ad, your issue is that kit isn’t the same kit now is it? It has a 15L tank, 6mm lines, a chinese copy compressor, and 2 paddle valves. Not to mention the 12 week lead time...

Yep sure
How come they make those kits in house to any car you like
Kit is a simplest example and you can upgrade it to any standard you like

Borys makes a good point!

"I've got a S63 AMG for sale for £12k"

"Yeah, but I can get a S320cdi for £6k"

2 paddle valves vs 4 solenoids on a manifold.

Don't suppose you still have this kit? Everything there to bolt straight up? Any clearance issues on the bags with the shocks or other components?

I know I'm digging up an old post here but are you still doing these kits Phil?
I've been looking for a bolt on kit and they pretty much don't exist, I ordered a FBSS Solenoid kit from the polish company 2 months ago and I have just been told that I am going to have to wait another 10 weeks at least for the kit!
The car was meant to be finished for shows this year I can't wait another 10 weeks :(

Wish I come across your post before I ordered it :(

They're pretty useless, along with the silly wait, various I had from them leaked, hence I had a few of my own bits made up.

I have a kit in stock, just missing the bag mountings, would be a few weeks to get them machined.

Seems that way to be fair, ill get them to refund my money. as soon as the money is back in my account I will send you a PM.

I don't mind waiting a few weeks as long as you don't tell me to wait 10 more when I should of had them! haha

Hi Philj

Do these kits match the MB airmatic system in terms of ride comfort?

Would love my w124 to ride like an s class!

I don't have any experience with the later oem systems, but with any airbag your essential spring rate is adjustable to what you want. Pair them with some nice OEM rated dampers and it'll ride lovely. If you want a sportier drive, you'll need uprated dampers and shorter bags so you can run a higher pressure at a lower height.
