Air suspension

Dear forum members.
I have a 2006 E280 CDI Sport which has developed a fault with the air suspension. The problem appears to be electrical but local mechanic is not that familiar with this make. Does anyone know of a specialist who is reasonably local to me who may be able to help or diagnose the problem.
I live in South Oxfordshire.

Welcome aboard,just what is happening or not with the air suspension,do you have a fault up on the dash.

Yes. I sometimes get a low ride height warning. Have had a red warning a couple of times too. Sometimes cycling betwee sport and comfort solved it for a short while but it’s as if a message is not getting to the pump

Well @horatio and @AMGeed have you well covered, however I would like to add a little more.

As your 2006 MB starts to push on in age, more little things will pop up here and there. In my opinion it is vital that use a mechanic who specialises in MB, in the long run, root cause will be discovered fast and at less cost than a general mechanic.

A lot of general mechanics have only best at heart, they simply don't have the same level of experience with a specific brand.

clearly I need to find a Merc specialist to look at this.
can anybody help with potential companies local to me? I live on Oxfordshire and would prefer not to have to take the car too far.
