Had a new airmatic pump, relay and bracket fitted as the old one had died.

My car is still sitting down in the morning but lifts fine. Mainly at the front to begin with.

Fault code reported 'af32.22-p-4040au' which suggests top strut seals leaking. Checked over with soapy solution but no bubbles forming.

How likely is it that the valve block at the pump is needing to be replaced ?

Sorry not an answer to your question but i have been monitoring airmatic suspension on my recently purchased car.
It appears to be dropping overnight as front lifts when engine is started but im sure i have read somewhere this is normal.
What im wondering is my drive has an incline, would that effect settlement of suspension and level incorrectly when started ?

Trust me, it's not normal.
