Airscarf not working

Anyone had the airscarf issue ? Lights come on for a few seconds then turn off no blowers working !
Had a battery issue not being used enough but had it charged and check and is all good. I did read that it may cut power on airscarf if voltage is low !!
Can anyone help ?

Sorry I do not have an answer but it may well be the battery is still a bit low. Do you have heated and or ventilated seats, do they work???
Also is it one scarf or both seats playing up

Hi there. Battery is now fully charged with a 20amp charger for 8 hours.
Yes have heated seat all fine
Airscarf light on button comes on on both then goes off No heat or blower working on both seats. Strange one. Think it needs resetting somehow with star machine I think. ?

Hi there had checked on Star diagnostic and found it was fusing, replaced fuse and found that passenger seat works but as soon as i try drivers seat it blows..... now checking control box in boot and wiring.

Any other help is welcome......
