Airscarf

My airscarf has stopped working on both seats. Both airscarfs stopped working at the same time. You press the buttons and the 3 LEDs come on for approx 5secs, then they go off. This seems to have happened after my wife plugged her phone charger into the ashtray 12v socket......however, socket is still working?...is there another fuse that could have blown?...anyone got any ideas?

Have you checked the fuses?

This is my next step.....but was just wondering if anyone had seen this before, and if it was the fuse, they could tell me which fuse it was.
