Alloy size help for R230 SL55

Hi I am new to the forum. I have a 54 plate SL55 AMG. I have just bought myself the Renntech V2 lowering module. I currently have the 18" turbine alloys, but I am looking to change them to 20".

Can anyone recommend whether I should go for 19s or 20s? I want the real beefy staggered look, so if you can also recommend maximum width for the front and rears, taking into account the Renntech lowering suspension. Thanks

Doesn't really matter whether 18s, 19s or 20s - as the wheel diameter goes up, the tyre sidewall height should go down to leave the same rolling circumference

Ok thanks. Do you know what the widest I can go for the rear wheels and fronts? I'm thinking 10.5 rears and 9 fronts.

I also have the Renntech lowering module fitted to my SL55. This is a pic with it on the lower setting. Wheels are 19"

Looks nice mate! Anyone got pics of their SL on 20s with the module on low?

Photo of how yours looks when lowered? Was the module easy to fit? Do you have the smarttop module too?

I am also looking to go from turbines to 19/20" wheels.
