Hi,

How is everyone doing?

I had A quick question about Alloy Wheels basically my mate has some Alloys off A Mercedes C Class I don't know what they are called but I know they are original Mercedes wheels so to make things easier I have added A Ebay link for A Car which has the same ones (2001 MERCEDES BENZ C CLASS C200K Elegance Auto on eBay (end time 22-Aug-09 16:12:04 BST)) Please if someone could let me know whether these would fit my C Class on A 1994/M that would be great.

If they would fit what are your opinions on how they would look?

Thanks Mas

Hi there,

Not overly keen on the style of the wheels personally, but they should fit okay.

Most (if not all?) W203 wheels will fit on W202s without a problem bar the odd extreme, even the tyres sizes should be compatible.

Why not try them and see what you think? :)

Hi Will,

Thanks for that but I wanted to know for 100% if they do fit as the Tyres he has on the Alloys are the same size as the ones on the Steelies so I just want to know if anyone has tried this before?

Thanks Mas

They will fit.

Please remember that if you are replacing steel wheels with alloys that the bolts will likely need changing as they are different!

Please remember that if you are replacing steel wheels with alloys that the bolts will definitely need changing as they are different!

I know someone that used steel wheel bolts on alloy wheels and they cut into the wheels and were not safe at all. Alloy wheel bolts have a shoulder on them.

I will tell him to give me the Bolts as I think I was told before that the standard Steelie bolts won't really help out so I will see what I can do.

So will them Bolts for the newer C class go into my hub?

Thanks Mas

Mind me asking:If you`re looking to upgrade, why not go for something better?
