Just done a search on Ebay, (nothing better to do) and am amazed that there are about 50, yes fifty! Mercedes ending to day and they are all under £1000.00 The vast majority in the 500/600 range. 
Is this a reflection on the value now?
By the way I did notice that quite a few are without MOT, etc.
