Ambient lighting stopped working

Hi guys apologies if this has been asked previously. I have extended warranty but wondering if it’s something I could fix myself as waiting for appointment from my
Local dealer takes forever.

The car is a Mercedes e class 2018 e350d
I noticed tonight the ambient lighting is completely not working apart from
The drivers door.

Any suggestions what it could be ?

No idea but it’s worth going into the settings changing colours and brightness etc to see if it magically comes back.

Or off to the dealership you go.
