Hi all, I am looking to install a ambient lighting aftermarket kit in my Mercedes ml350 14reg. I am going to be putting the lighting strips on each door panel, where will be the best place to wire the lights up in the door cards? I was thinking the door handle light. Would this work?

the correct kit should have the light distribution emitter and all the wiring harness you need.
You will need to remove the parts off the door cards (the bottom lip of the wood door panel part). These are plastic welded to the back of the wood (or brush aluminium door insets)?
There are YT videos showing this (search for Flexx Alexander he has a video of this I think) you may need a glue gun to attach the new strips.
These videos are pretty ok - except where it comes to the wiring (which is what I’m trying to find out a bit more about for myself....)
