Ambient Lights not working

Hi all just purchased a 2017 A200. 2.2 AMG Premium Plus

In the menu, ambient light are set up level 5 highest brightness but none of the ambient lights are working.

Any ideas what is wrong, any help would be appreciated

Yes and nothing is lighting up

I dont know about the A-class, but are they actually switched 'on' in the menu?

There was an issue with the W213s where the ambient lighting would forget its settings, not come on and generally be flakey. This was resolved on mine at the last service with a software update. I'm not sure if this affected the A-Class but may be worth checking.

I would check that the car actually has the option and that someone hasn't simply enabled the option in the instrument cluster. email me the VIN number to [email protected] and I can check for you.
