AMG alloy rocker covers

Can anyone offer any pearls of wisdom about cleaning these - they look a bit off colour and generally tired and tarnished - almost look mouldy but its build up of deposits.

Tried brasso but it may take some time

Have you tried alloy wheel cleaner?

A friend who I won't name and shame painted theirs with standard bodywork paint!
Simply...........don't try it.

Take them off and get them powder coated, thats what I intend to do to mine, as mine sound like they are in the same or similar condition as yours.

Don't Autoglym do some kid of machine cleaner, or something nastier like Wonder Wheels?
