Advice please E Class W212 can I fit AMG style IV wheels size 17"
Front 17" x7.5 ET47 Rear 17"x8.5 ET58
Car currently has 17" x 8.5 ET48

They should be alright but be sure to check whether the spokes clear the calipers on rotation of the wheels too.

The offset for the rears looks to be the issue (ET 58 vs ET 48 or less).
