Cheers for the help mate, i was thinking about getting them but they would need a refurb.
Just want a ready set to put on the car, unless a messy set goes for real cheap :p

Yea, ive been looking at German eBay for some sets.

Ive seen the sets which have an offset of 18 on the front and 17 on the rear and then ive seen some sets which have an offset of 18 on the front and 24 on the rear?
Is this possible because as far as i know, the correct offsets are 18 and 17 respectively and thought they are the only ones ever produced?

If they do come in 24 offset for the rears it would fit my car almost perfect after seeing Talbirs black 500E on Sunday, judging by the SL wheels he has on his car currently.

Thanks for the info mate, will send Nav a PM now.

I'm not sure what the ET24's are...the originals were 17 & 18's as you suggest.

All I can imagine is they are altered rims to generate a different stagger as these did come with with offsets in the 30's and 40's to fit W124's and other period models.

I'd say you need the correct originals to clear your brake calipers, you made need to drop the rears down to 9.5" with a smaller outer rim to make them legal though.
