AMG - What is this please?

I'm new to MB and I have seen some AMG MBs about and they look very nice!

I was wondering what AMG is if someone can please help me?

The AMG looks a lot nicer than MB standard cars doesn't it!!

I take it AMG MBs are more expensive than standard MBs?

Some cars can have standard engines but AMG body kits, others will have AMG tuned engines and AMG body kits.

Yes they are invariably more expensive than the standard cars.

Others will think they have an AMG body kit, but actually their car will be worth less or worthless to some:

The green one doesn't look much different to my W202! I don't have the AMG exhaust though.

Not everyone will agree. I prefer the original MB styling in most cases, if not all. When AMG pops up in an ad, it always says to me that many parts will be more costly than standard MB parts.

As for 18"/19" wheels, fine if you want a ride that will loosen your fillings.

Welcome to the forum, I have a 1999 C240 Sport aswell. I have fitted front & rear C43 AMG bumpers - still looking for the sideskirts though The main difference is that its more curved than normal.
