Damn, that's something.
Having done a bit of surfing it appears the guy bailed out just before the car was swamped and pulled himself up into a building and out of harms way.
His lucky day.

Incredible footage, can't believe the wipers were still working must have been a Merc. Old beetles were alleged to float as the seals on the doors were so good. Must have been written off as you would never get the brown stains out of the seats!
