Android Auto Issue

Hello,

In October last year, I bought a new A200 Premium Plus and up until recently I haven't had any issues. However, lately when I start the engine the Android Auto feature attempts to call my phone, which in turn, mutes the sound system. I get a green message in the top centre of the left-hand screen showing the duration of the call and I have to explicitly select this and hang up the phone to cancel it and revert to the radio or whatever else was playing.

Does anyone know why it's doing this and what I can do to stop it?

Regards, Gerry

Actually, I think the Android Auto might be a red herring. If I disable it, the car still calls my phone (Samsung S10e) on startup and also intermittently when I hang up a call. These phantom calls are recorded in the car's call list but not in the phone's Recent calls. Some posts on the wider internet hint that it might be a Bluetooth issue but don't offer a solution.

Heeellpp!
