I got a C220d 2020 saloon 3 weeks ago, I can't connect the phone through android auto or apple car play. The mirror link in the car doesn't work. I contacted Mercedes customer care who didn't really do much.
Anybody has any experience with this or what to do?

Firstly, run your car's VIN on an MB VIN Decoder and check that it has option 16U Apple CarPlay.

Then, take the car to your local MB dealer to be looked-at under warranty, get them to confirm that the car has both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and that they have been actived, and at the very least get them to update the software on the infotainment unit (COMAND/Audio20).
