Another Bas fault

Hi,4 weeks ago I had a new bas esp control unit replaced on my 2004 320 clk and all has been well until today when I started my car and the same 4 malfunctions appeared on the dash,the only difference this time is the car has locked itself in park I have managed to work out how to get out of park for towing. Would anyone have an idea what this problem would be I'm sure it's not the same problem,could changing the control unit lead to other problems? The work was carried out by a Mercedes specialist and a genuine Mercedes part fitted
