Another black mark for MB World

Mini rant - just called MBW to try and speak to a salesperson about buying a new Viano. After 5 minutes on hold I am told that there is nobody available to speak to me. What I find so annoying about that place is they have 50 WADFA's for every productive member of staff !!

I dont think they're the only dealership with this problem. Some dealerships make alot of money from fleet sales and so don't care about the private consumer. My brother went to a (dare I say it) BMW dealership and asked for a test drive and the sales man was being very nowty with him, not the done thing with a prospective customer, but there you go...
