Great increase in power over stock, but that was 20bhp down on claimed figure?
I thought most of these AMG engines were a little over the official figures printed?

How did you get on, have not seen any results?

I think my car was down 7 bhp on the quoted number and the guys didn't seem at all surprised. I believe the newer turbocharged cars are delvering a little over and above the stated power, though.

What about the W205 C63S you were mapping?
How did you get on, have not seen any results?

The C63S had the Back Boxes removed before we began development, the Exhaust had a few issues in short the customer wanted the back boxes refitted and returned to stock, so we didn't get to finish what we started.

As AMG engines are hand built not all of them are consistent with the manufacturers stock figure, some of them are over and some of them are under.

The C63S had the Back Boxes removed before we began development, the Exhaust had a few issues in short the customer wanted the back boxes refitted and returned to stock, so we didn't get to finish what we started.

That's a shame as I was interested in what you could get out of the new C63.
I'm sure you will have chance soon enough.
