Another ex-loyalist defecting to the opposition

Er... no, this is not about the Middle East.

Today my car has officially defected from the Mercedes Benz service network, where it was a loyal follower for a number of years, to the wonderful world of Indie service.

Yes, I went to see Olly (Black55) today for my B Service, and I am not looking back.

After frequent disappointments with dealer service (not just on the Merc - other makes as well), I can finally say that I am very pleased.

Olly's knowledge and experience are second to none, and he has a very good team. They know what they are doing and seem to have done this many times before. Every step has been discussed and explained in detail. No sucking of air through gritted teeth, and no nasty surprises.

The prices ere very reasonable, too. I am very glad I drove down from London (and, it was beautiful sunny day, the first we've had this year I believe, which helped!).

Highly recommended.

I can't wait for my B service @ PCS. The trip to see Olly will be even better this time as I blast through the 'soon to be opened' Hindhead tunnel, hood down, all eight cylinders throbbing through the tunnel!!
