Another ISOFIX question (W211)

Evening all,

Looking to buy a 2008-10 E Class Estate as a family wagon but having looked on these pages, it's clear that they don't all have ISOFIX.

The good wife won't accept a car without it, so will have to retro fit.

The links people have posted before don't seem to work anymore - any advice?

Not sure my local dealer will be able to help as they're not keen to resolve issues with my 2016 C Class!

Surprises me - both the 2004 211 estates I've owned have had ISOFIX. I'm fairly confident that they will have it - you can easily check!

Don't all cars after a certain date have to have ISOFIX fitted as standard by law?

ISOFIX was an option on some MB.

ISOFIX was an option on the w211, might be worth checking with the dealer first if a retrofit kit is available.

If you haven't bought the car yet then just look for one with it fitted
