Another neewbie on the block!!!

Hi guys

I got hold of an 86 C200 Elegance (automatic) W202 a couple of months ago and i am just loving it to bits.

Couple of small problems like the interior lights coming on every 15 minutes or so for about 5 secs when i am in the house (removed bulbs) and other little niggly bits that give the car some character.

Looking forward to taking an active part in future discussions and i'm sure that this will not be my last MB

86! You must have a very early prototype. Welcome to the forum lots of friendly folk on here. There's a little circuit board which delays the interior lights going off as you exit the car- you might have a problem there or with the door switches/associated wiring.

Hi & welcome, yes, they do have their quirky little faults,but i wouldnt sell mine.
