Another oil question - Mobil Synt S 5W-40

My R320 is asking for some more oil and I have used my last drop of Synt S up.

Can't find any more anywhere - been to four Esso garages in S London, yesterday - no stock. MB Chelsea don't have any at all.

Anyone got any ideas where I could find some in Central or SE London?

Alternatively, could I use something elsl - it seems a bit of a minefield to me (sorry) so not sure if I should mix another type or brand of oil.

You can get this oil from OPIE OILS or an equivalent. http://www.opieoils.co.uk/products-...t=car-gearbox-oils&make=mercedes+benz#results select the engine oils section. Wise to check if your car has a DPF since that may require a slightly different grade of oil. They are very helpful if you give them a call and deliver mail order.
