Antennae/Aerial for Comand Sat Nav???

I'm the proud owner of a recently purchased ML 270 cdi:bannana:
It's a 2004 model and has the Comand Sat Nav....
Where can I get an aerial/antennae to make the TV work???
I was talking to one of the car salesmen(that was selling the ML) and he said try ebay because that's where his friend bought an car tv aerial from.
It seems strange because I get a blank screen when I press the tv button on the Comand.The sat nav works...but only if the disc is inserted
Should I just ask Alfie? But I'm new member with not enough posts so can't PM yet
Any suggestions would be very appreciated

Do you mean the car is also equipped with a TV tuner but the OEM antenna is broken?

Like Diesel Benz says, you need to have an additional TV tuner fitted for the TV to work, have you checked in the boot or under the seats etc? Plus you shouldn't need a specific TV ariel as I think they work off the sat nav one.

TV was never offered as an option on the W163 ML.

If it was on there it would have a separate tuner plus separate aerials and amplifiers.

The most cost effective way to get TV will be to go with an aftermarket solution as adding genuine MB TV to your car wont be cheap. There is a solution that Alpine in conjunction with a firm I know, offer. I havnt tried their D2B offering yet but I have bought their MOST version but time is against me getting it fitted at the moment.

With regards to the CD error, are you talking about the main head unit or the CD changer (if you have one). If its the main head unit then have a look and see if there is a CD inside. Will it eject? It may just be that the heads need a clean thats all in which case a normal CD lens cleaner from somewhere like W H Smiths will do the job.

She thinks the tab bit/thing is stuck inside the headunit/comand.
It used to work fine,no problems because she tried out the sat-nav.
She's very upset and angry with herself as she's only had the tank a couple weeks.
Can you help? Or any other suggestions to solve this problem?
She can't PM at the moment AND I've been told to solve this matter.
So I'm on here to post some questions for her.

I've been on other forums and there's lots of keyboard warriors about that don't have the real expertise to answer certain questions.But,they love giving their 2p's worth.
I'm thinking...taking apart the comand unit to get that tab-bit out.
