Anthracite or Black?

S reg, 1998 C43 AMG, I need to know if my interior trim colour is MB Black or MB Anthracite? Anyone know?

My guess would be Anthracite if it's a '98 W202. *EDIT* But being an AMG it's probably better to check. They can receive quite exotic interiors.

I've tried that russian site, the only mention of it is:

Interior leather silver (588)

Does the 588 refer to the trim colour perhaps?

Found the upholstery code info, 588 brings up:

588 - leather silver (from 25.07.1970)
588 - leather exclusive alpaca gray / slate gray

So I take it this is where it would say anthracite if I had it, so I guess i have Black leather?

According to what you just posted, you have two-tone alpaca grey/slate grey!

588 does sound like a grey tone though, **8 is grey. **1 is black, aka anthracite.
