anti freeze

I know summers comming,but my anti freeze could do with a change.Am i right saying a 50/50 mix is about right .Any one know the cooling capicity of a C250 turbo.

MB antifreeze

50/50 is the right ratio. Haynes quotes cooling capacity as 8 litres without aircon 8.5 litres with but check your owners handbook. Use the pukka mb antifreeze with the right corrosion inhibitors. 5 litres part no MA000 989 0825 11 cost £20 from your friendly dealer.

To make filling easier, have the ignition on and heater on so that the eletric pump is running, fill it slowly and you should have no problems with air.
