I had an S class with a cream interior. Downside the matching seatbelts became very dirty and impossible to keep clean over time. The leather centre armrest picked up a lot of dirt too.

I recently bought a Calcite White E Coupe and went for a Flamenco red interior. Works very well.

Thanks for all the opinions, I'm still in the black is too dark camp.

However the cost difference to select the AMG Sport over the AMG Sport Plus then add the costs of leather £1350 is too much. The E Class seems a much better options list, I think the Avantgarde gets leather as standard.

I did like the chestnut interior too and it may have gone OK with the Indium Grey paintwork,

I really like the Chestnut interior colour.

Fancy White/Cream & Tan leather looks good initially but always ends up looking tired, tatty and dirty after a few years.

Black invariably looks mint even on Ten year old Star-ship Mileage cars.
