Had someone call me to try to sell me a c350e estate lease recently. The offer was £333/month on a 9+23 at 10k (so that works out to £10656 for 2 years, or £444/month all-in) and I was wondering if that was a good deal?
BTW, the spec was for sports with premium pack and metallic paint.
The current "DriveTheDeal" price is £33,654, and I usually consider a lease to be very attractive if it comes in at around 1% of discounted price/month. This doesn't often happen, and obviously, 444 is rather more than 1% of 33,654 (it's about 1.3%, almost exactly that once the road tax is factored-in).
Just wondering if anyone here had come across many better deals (they don't always come up on the lease comparison sites).
Also wondering what the view of depreciation on these is? One suspects that in 2-3 years time, these plug-ins will have a more useful electric range, and that might mean that the current model value will fall faster than otherwise expected?
