Any legal eagles about? Enforcement Notice requirements

Long story but we've been served with a Notice of Contravention under the Highways Act 1980 by the local council.

It has their address, a name and email address and a telephone number on it.

Email sent to the address in question bounces and I've discovered it's wrong.

Long shot but - is the notice invalid by reason of having an incorrect email address on it?

I'm guessing just another piece of evidence to add to the list of previous misdirections from them.

No unfortunately it's not a reason for invalidity.

SWMBO works in this area for a Council if you want to PM me what the exact issue is I'm happy to run it past her to see if you have an out

Thanks - I thought it wouldn't. A well crafted email has done the trick though. Personal response from the Director of Planning so I must have hit the spot.
