Any of these E63 M157 belong to members here?

Printout is likely to be read out from the road wheels. Could always call on them to confirm though 👍
I'll drop an email.

Re the dyno, if the graph is wheel then the 606 takes into consideration transmission loss so would be 715 at the flywheel?

Or the 606 is at the flywheel, meaning mercedes are either way off the stock numbers or its a generous reading on the day? I'm not leaning towards a poor map as the torque figure is almost stock at 539

It’s not uncommon for a standard M157 to show more than 600 BHP on the rollers (when calculated back then the flywheel). If I remember right, many years ago @developer John reported 630 BHP on his.

I think Steve has non S model like mine, this will be interesting 🙂

Another one, making close to 700bhp. Excessive fireworks, will no doubt shorten the life, something will give way, maybe turbo or valve damage sooner or later 🤔

Another one, again close to 700bhp

Almost everyday I think yup going to do it. Then think I can't use the 600bhp it's got on the roads round here so what's the point and we go again tomorrow.

MSL Stage2 would consist of decat headers and remap. I would guess Acid is reigning in the amount of boost to preserve the engines. The torque is consistent with a Stage2 map.
In the past MSL's M157 Stage 2 engines were pushing out 740bhp+

The decat pipes will help the engine breathe much better. Have seen how restrictive the OE turbo downpipes are.? They are almost flat :D

I think also the condition of engine, servicing and possibly the mileage quality of fuel may have some effect. Older cars may loose abit of power over time. Stage 1 sees most popular gain. Not an expert on tuning side but I do think avoid tuning a car during very hot summer months. The heat can kill power. 🙂

All true. There is a good reason there are huge extractor fans in front of these cars on the dyno.

A gorgeous CLS63 in for a stage1 map & dyno. JJ at the helm

List excludes cars tuned by GAD and possibly other outlets, so it does seem we do have a strong community out there. It appears maybe some have not joined or heard of mbclub.co.uk 🤔
Just seen this post, GAD has tuned a lot of M157 engines. Mine included, 704hp1180nm.
Vids are on their Instagram have a look, decent guys
I have seen one E63 that MSL tuned, made very low stage 2 power. Reason, high temps inside dyno, so that might be common with some of the other stage 2 cars.

very nice looking example - great colour/wheel combo....
700bhp is a decent power gain.
