Hi, I've worked overseas for a good few years now, but never long enough or needed to be away for long enough, also always been employed by a UK company(subsidiary).
Anyway, I may have the opportunity to be employed by a Scandinavian company and I'm looking at being a non resident in the UK.
I've had a quick look on the gov website and it states you can have 91 days in the UK and you need to work on average 35+hours a week, non of this is a problem.
I would be paying Nowegian taxes.
My question is can I officially live in the UK and not pay UK taxes if I meet this criteria?
I dont want to pay UK and Norwegain taxes.....Norway is actually cheaper!
