On a W204 C class saloon, behind the panel in the right hand side of the boot are some fuses/relays. Once you open the carpet type door, should there be a plastic cover over the fuses or not? TIA

There is not in mine, although it is an estate I imagine it is the same.
What I found more random was where the fuse diagram sheet was located - not in the manual, but on a sheet folded into a the size of a matchbox in with the toolkit!
