My mum got one in the post today, a little odd as none of our cars are in her name.

My wife has had test drive offers from Porsche whereas I never had. I've alwas assumed it was because she uses a different insurer.

They put a mileage limit on it. Whilst not applied rigidly it seems, it's to stop people going too far - apparently quite a few test drives were via the Nurburgring, and so they added the limit!! Or so the sales manager told me.

I've had my Porsche for almost 11 years and get all sorts of Porsche stuff through the post including the Christophorus magazine but sad to say I did not get a USB stick

The price of them now its probably cheaper to send that in the post than a full colour brochure.

yes you can buy personalised usb sticks from 10p if you buy 1000... im sure these cost a bit more with the leather and fancy packaging...

Rather a nice freebie, but I have no idea where they got my details from - and I'm certainly not in the market for a new 911!

They have to do something to reduce their enormous tax bill this year I suppose, so why not splurge on marketing. Can't do much harm and after all, they aren't selling cars anymore. They're a hedge fund now...
