Anyone able to help with pictures for classified ad?!

Got some pics to put my car up for sale but don't know how to block out the numberplate, anyone kindly able to help with this please?

open pics in paint, then re-colour plates, save picture, done

Another one, the pictures are 2mb each it says upload fail, anyone know how to shrink them?

If you're using mspaint, just shrink the size of the image.
I can host them if you need.
