Seems our GP don't do joint Hep A & so want to charge me for a Hep B (£50) along with a private script for malaria tabs.

All the rest of our party had a free Hep A & B and malaria.

With much trepidation, I have just put our Passports in the post to the High Commission.

To do a Royal Mail tracked delivery and return, the postage was £24!

I will post when they are back in my hands....

I won't be getting my jabs boosted until November...expect will have to pay, always have done previously.
However, for the malaria prescription, I get one for myself and double the dose to cover wife. (ie, I say I am going for twice as long as I actually am).
If you can take Larium, you can buy online at a good price. Here's one firm:

That is rather sneaky! Combined Hep A and B are free on the NHS, only if given separately is there normally a charge.
