A Michelin Tyre compressor....is this a mod?
Note MB dust caps.......£XX must be mad!
Anyone got any ideas on DIY rim repair(see kerb rash at top of wheel)

I have the same Kurb rash and compressor

DIY... I supppose a dremel and some polish mmight imprve things but it aint gonna be perfect.

Thats a groovy looking Compressor - like it. Is it one of the automatic types where you dial in the PSI, and it inflates / deflates appropriately ? How much ?

Kerb rash can be cured (in most cases) by having rim protectors on your tyres in the first place - (although I have recently found out that these don't work so well with 17" rims !)

Its a Michelin one from Halfords and cost about £30. It is fully automatic and has an LCD screen and its cool!

Re kerb rash someone mention sanding at some point???!!!Comments please!

Why not send the wheels away for refurbishment. "Might" cost in the region of £45 per rim, but they would be powder coated and like new.
