I've seen a few posts around these, but has anyone ever fitted one, working long term? Certainly a cheaper option that the android screens, but how reliable for £200?

I had a similar box manufactured by Limcet and had it installed in my W212 (NTG 5.0) in the glove box. I liked that it retained the OEM look of the dash and my aftermarket camera worked well with it.
Unfortunately I found it to be unreliable. The box would completely reset occasionally whilst in motion or drop the Android Auto connection until the car was turned off and on again which was particularly frustrating when navigating motorway junctions.

I like to panic about everything, the way i look at it all the research and development that goes into these car that are so complex, i would not plug any mickey mouse woohan made thing in as you don't know what it may do to your computers 
but saying that some people go to some back street arch and have there computer chipped by someone and love it. I like to sleep at night, and miss out on all the fun.
I would also like to add i wouldn't know how to work the stuff or what it does.

I saw that, to be fair I'll live with it for now seeing as I've updated the maps and the wife will pull off my danglies
