I agree with you French - I think I'm going to have to go and see it, it'll be a learning experience if nothing else.
As an aside it doesn't feel right listing the faults publicly if I were to find any - it's not the way it should be done in my view, as what's okay for some people may not be for others, and buyers and sellers should get a fair crack of the whip. However were someone to be looking to buy it I'd definitely be PM'ing them if they wanted any input.
