Does anyone here have a bank account in Germany? I need someone who does to pay someone in Germany for a purchase I have made.

I will pay you the money first via bank transfer to your UK account.

You may already know this but you can make relay payments to foreign accounts. It does cost £10 though, so depending on the value of your item it might be cost effective.

I recently made a payment to Germany via Internet. Cost £10. To make payment via Bank branch cost would have been £20.

HSBC (First Direct) do it for free if you set it up yourself on internet banking+
