Anyone in Paignton / Torquay

I was in a multi-storey car park, in Paignton, with a ramp which was to be honest daft, with a very sharp angle change

Sort of like the picture below. This has damaged the car, and I am considering claiming off the Local Authority as I do not believe the changes in angle meet design practice.

What I do not have, and would find very useful is a photo of said ramp. If anyone is in the area and able to help out, could they let me know.... A few beer tokens also available!

Which multi was it?
I can think of two in the centre

The car park was on Garfield Road, (now a Pay and Display). The ramp was on the 2nd floor, and linked the front part of the car park to the rear part. If you need more info, please do let me know either here or by PM.
