Anyone in the South with secondary cat delete

Does exhaust modding advice extend to all V8 engines (mine being the 4.3L M113), or does the sound vary depending on which variant it is?
I've heard sound clips of the Eisenmann rear exhaust on the CLK430 which is just what I'm after. Does the centre resonator delete give the same low end burble for less cost?


Do you have a ballpark figure for this job?

We have discussed all this on here before. As BlackC55 says any change to the standard exhaust on any vehicle is an MOT failure, it's just that most MOT testers do not really worry about it too much. If one day they all got out of the wrong side of the bed - or were forced by VOSA (with the threat of losing their MOT 'license') to focus 100% on exhaust systems - many drivers would be running around trying to buy stock exhausts.
