Hi
Just bought my first MB - a 2003 C320 V6 Sport Coupe (Manual)
It's a lovely drive, smooth power delivery, creamy! I've just spent the best part of two days with my rotary caressing the bodywork which is near 100% perfect.
Mechanically its great - but the wheels are kerbed quite a bit (original 17" Evolution alloys) and both front tyres are approaching the wear indicators.
I'm toying with going nuts with my wallet and buying a brand new set of these for it. The seller tells me that these are 11.0kg per wheel (without tyre), i'm wondering how much heavier than the standard rims these are?
The fitment guide on the sticky tells me that they'll fit. Should I be concerned about anything else - like speedo accuracy, or rubbing on full-lock. I'd be fitting 8.5 x 18" front & rear with 225/40 at the front and 255/35 at the back.
Cheers in advance
Tom
