I even bought the Bolivia special as I enjoyed it so much.

I hate the studio / track / guests / serious reviews / waffle stuff so it should be great.

it allows them to work on other projects for different broadcasters, clarkson presenting millionaire for itv for example. May seems to be a you tuber now.

According to James May, there will only be 2 episodes screened in 2021.
One has been filmed in Scotland.

So, has anyone else watched this episode "The Great Hunt"?
I won't be spoiling things by saying its the same old routine for this location show.

I really wanted to enjoy this one as I think as a trio, these guys just gel, but its old hat now. The contrived failures are no longer funny, and this particular episode is more cringeworthy than most.

So I wasted an hour of my life and really hope the show can end on a high.
I'll watch the next one in hope, but expect to be disappointed.

Some of their adventures are absolutely brilliant for petrolheads like me, but frankly this one was rubbish.

Glad I wasn't the only person thinking that. There was something about that just didn't do it, as though it was missing something. Maybe they didn't spend enough time talking about the islands? I certainly think some of their almost travel tyoe shows have been the best, eg Mongolia.
