If so, I have a couple of questions if you don't mind.
  • Do you have Indemnity and Libel insurance?
  • Are you taxed on the cars you review? i.e. Are they classed as a "perk" like a company car?

Libel ins makes sense in case you make a statement the manufacturer disagrees with?

Tony.

Yep, libel and defamation insurance is a thing. I'm a photojournalist and generally public liability cover is required if you want to get anywhere near a pit lane or press area of a track etc.

There's 1000's on here. :D

Speak to Guild of Motoring writers. They probally won't help mind as they are very closed ranks. However you don't need to just review cars - I freelance event reports - then it's the accreditation that's tough. For example, I couldn't get accredited for the NEC Classic show, but I've had press passes for the Geneva show for the last five years! Half the UK bloggers, sorry journalists won't go further than the end of their free lunch!
