Anyone retrofitted Keyless go???

Can keyless go be retrofitted?? And just to make it more difficult, can it be retrofitted to a W203 that never even had it as an option!!??

Possibly - whether it could be made OEM or not i dont know but i know of quite a few vehicles (older ones) that have been modded to have keyless go. on those i think the key is actually always left in, hidden somewhere.

A guy in the States did it (along with Distronic, ventilated seats etc..). Can't find the website at the moment but I do remember he said of all the mods he had ever done Keyless Go was one he would never do again!
Just about every single trim panel had to be removed, door handles changed, gear shift swapped and numerous wiring looms fitted.

Anything is possible with bottomless pockets and endless patience....

Steve made it recently on a CL203 C200 Kompressor (along with 5speed auto tranny, Distronic and various other retrofits)
